Historie of D’visie B.V.
D’visie BV founded in 1995 entered into its first resale agreement with GPS Source in 2004. At the time, GPS Source was a Veteran Owned Company, founded in 2000 by former U.S. defense personnel. GPS Source is now a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics Mission Systems, a major OEM player for the Defense industry, civil government, intelligence and cybersecurity relationships.
GPS Source offers a full line of GNSS signal distribution products, GNSS retransmission products and design services for GNSS infrastructure. All GNSS products are or will be designed and manufactured in-house such as: GNSS antennas (active and passive), GNSS amplifiers, GNSS attenuators, GNSS filters, GNSS splitters (also in 19 Inch Rack versions) and other GNSS signal distribution accessories.
Not entirely insignificantly, 2013 saw the addition of the new GNSS repeater 2.0 to this wide range of GNSS products. The METROe is the world’s first GNSS signal repeater that is fully compliant with European standards such as ETSI EN 302 645.
In addition, a special product line has been developed for timing and synchronization solutions. Here you can think for example the synchronization within the 5G telecom system, synchronizing power plants. But also wireless telecommunications and GPS solutions within transceiver base stations in hotels (BTS)!
Especially for the Defense market, there are new designed products that guarantee Assured reception of Position, Navigation and Time (APNT) under the many, often difficult, conditions.

In 1995, Albert Jan D’haene started his own company as an aerospace engineer (BSc). With his experience in CAD drawing and design in both 2D and 3D, he wanted to share his knowledge with his wide network. In addition, the trading spirit was automatically developed and this led to the dealership with GPS Source in 2004. In recent years, this has resulted in extensive experience in designing and installing GNSS installations in a wide variety of locations.
